ROBERT MONDAVI EXPERIENCE

The Taproom

NUDELL ARCHITECTS designed this 4,000 sf. restaurant bar inside the Melbourne International Airport. The design resulted in four unique dining areas; a larger area with booth seating, a smaller area with dining tables, and in between those two is areas is a large peninsula bar with ample room for customers, and finally a counter style dining table which faces out to the concourse. In addition to the dining experience, a quick serve walk-up area is also provided.

Charleston Beer Works

Nudell Architects designed the Charleston Beer Works in the International Charleston Airport.

SUBWAY

Located in the C terminal at Detroit's McNamara terminal. Designed by Nudell Architects.

Mitsuwa Marketplace

NUDELL ARCHITECTS, Architect of Record, in collaboration with the HW Group, teamed up with Mitsuwa (owner), Nordic PCL (contractor), and Taubman (landlord), to complete this must see Japanese Restaurant/Marketplace destination located in Honolulu, Hawaii, on the second floor of Taubmans’ new International Market Place. Congratulations to all involved on completing this first class project in just 6 short months.

Nudell Architects provided Full Architectural, MEP and Construction Administration services for the project and worked with the client’s Food Service team. Scope of work included apron level storage space, mechanical mezzanine coordination and roof top HVAC. Existing conditions and coordination with airport luggage conveyor systems below the main dining/bar area were reviewed and coordinated with the Contractor and Airport Team. Included was a large pizza oven, a faux olive tree at center stage
